Return Window
Returns may be requested within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
Return Requirements
To qualify for a return, the product must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Include the original packaging.
- Contain all accessories and included components.
Items that are personalized, final sale, or otherwise identified as non-returnable are not eligible for returns.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
Exchanges
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, a replacement may be offered based on product availability.
Return Shipping
Unless otherwise required by law, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the return results from our error, the return shipping cost will be covered.
Order Changes
Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. Once processing has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
