Engineered with a resoleable Goodyear welt construction for additional support and stability, the Marin 8” Welted Waterproof (Comp Toe) is an ultra-durable boot built for the most demanding jobsites. It comes equipped with a nano composite safety toe, a slip-, oil-, and high-heat-resistant outsole, and an extra tall 8” build. Plus, it features a proprietary waterproof membrane that keeps your feet dry and our BRUNT FARMGUARD™ leather that extends the life of your boots while repelling rain, mud, oil, piss, and sh*t. The Marin delivers next-level comfort thanks to our BRUNT CUSH’N® insole system and an ultra-cushioned PU midsole.
THE MARIN STORY
Matt Marin is one of my first childhood friends and the namesake for one of our bestselling boots. At a young age he joined a carpenter’s union and was quickly promoted to foreman. He really appreciated the moc-toe boot style, but was sick of paying a hefty price each time he needed a new pair, and hated the break-in period that came with it. The Marin 8” Welted Waterproof (Comp Toe) is a heavy-duty boot built from leathers sourced from U.S. steer - the highest quality hides available. At 2 lb. 7 oz (size 9) with a welted construction, it delivers premium, durable materials without the extra bulk.
Our leather is a natural material that develops natural wear over time. How your boots age depends on your work environment and how you care for them. We recommend BRUNT’s Leather Conditioner to help you get the most out of your work boots. This proprietary blend of mink oil, beeswax, and natural additives protects and extends the life of your leather. The mink oil replenishes natural oils, while the beeswax seals them in and adds a barrier against scuffs and tough jobsite conditions. For best results, apply with our 100% horsehair brush - built for precise cleaning and conditioning.
